Our chalet is located on the edge of the Veluwe near Doornspijk. From the park you can enjoy the heath and sand drifts walking or cycling through the woods or along the Veluwemeer. A day at the sauna at the Veluwse bron or Zwaluwhoeve, attractions such as Walibi, Dolphinarium or Dinoland are all within 20 minutes drive. From May / September is also the pool at the park open. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen. The main bedroom contains a double bed and the smaller bedroom contains a single bed. The kitchen contains a stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee maker and is equipped with the necessary equipment for cooking food. Judith March 14, 2025 General rating:The cottage is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped, including basic ingredients for cooking (Oil, vinegar, salt, spices etc) The living room is very spacious and bright. The bedrooms are small though, so not much room to walk past the bed and there is a rather small double bed in it. We ourselves are used to this at home, but for people who prefer to sleep a little more spaciously something to consider. An extra reading lamp in the living room by the armchair would be nice, then the bright ceiling lights would not have to be on. The location on the pond is very picturesque
Het huisje is comfortabel en gezellig ingericht. De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken, inclusief basis ingrediënten om te koken (Olie, azijn, zou, kruiden etc) De woonkamer is heel ruim en licht. De slaapkamers zijn wel klein, dus niet veel ruimte om langs het bed te lopen en er staat een vrij klein 2-persoonsbed in. Zelf zijn we daar thuis ook aan gewend, maar voor mensen die liever wat ruimer slapen iets om rekening mee te houden. Een extra leeslamp in de huiskamer bij de fauteuil zou plezierig zijn, dan hoeft de felle plafondverlichting niet aan. De ligging aan de vijver is heel pittoresk
