Since 1978 this family house is in our possession and has been regularly rented for over 30 years: recently also through Nature House. Here you can enjoy peace, space and the wonderful outdoors, surrounded by nature - Large private pool - Everywhere Superfast fiberglass internet/WiFi - Private parking with camera surveillance - Several terraces (sun/shade) - Shopping center/Carrefour at 5 min - No through traffic - beautiful location (1 ha) with view over nature reserve - years of excellent reviews Our large house with two floors offers plenty of space and comfort for a great vacation. The house has been recently modernized but has kept its authentic Perigordian charm. On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, a cozy living room, a dining kitchen, one bedroom, two bathrooms, two toilets (one separate) and two utility rooms On the first floor there are three bedrooms among others The location is less suitable for guests with mobility problems
Nature and surroundings
The garden offers a beautiful swimming pool, located a little further into the garden, ideal for relaxation. While the children can swim safely (the pool is fenced for safety), you can quietly enjoy a drink in the sun. There is no overlooking, which provides the ultimate sense of privacy. From the house you have a phenomenal view over the valley, allowing you to enjoy every day the tranquility and beauty of nature. From our garden you walk directly into a great and endless nature reserve. Wildlife spotting is therefore one of my favorite activities. But the whole area is full of hiking and mountain biking trails. Actually, the beauty of the morning walk, the bike trails, the silence and darkness of the night is unfathomable so beautiful. On the terrace just listening to the birds, deer and roe deer is enchanting in a place without shades of light from the inhabited world. And yet with the bakery and Carrefour 10 minutes away for stock bread among other things
