Beautiful and luxurious vacation home, suitable for 8 people, in Saint Geniès. The house is on one level, recently built and offers lots of light and spaciousness.The house, located in a quiet, rural area, is located in the tourist triangle: Sarlat - Montignac/Lascaux - Les-Eyzies, characteristic of everything related to prehistory, gastronomic discoveries, the land of 1001 castles, sporting trips and a unique landscape.The vacation home has a heated swimming pool with spacious terraces around it. The garden of 3300 m2 is completely fenced, overlooking the valley while maintaining all privacy. There are three terraces, two of them covered, furnished with lounge area, dining tables and terrace chairs, barbecue. The house offers all the comforts for a comfortable stay. Central air conditioning for the bedrooms, additional floor heating in the bathrooms, wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi everywhere, living room with smart TV and music system
Nature and surroundings
The Dordogne is characterized by lush, wooded nature, interspersed with beautiful views over rolling fields and valleys. Nature is rich in various wildlife species: deer, roe deer, foxes, wild boars ... The rural tranquility guarantees an excellent habitat for birds and animals. Walks and mountain bike tours can be started from the house. In a radius of about 25 km (without major roads) you will find all kinds of tourist attractions, such as many beautiful castles, prehistoric caves, authentic medieval villages, ... There are also all possibilities for an active vacation: hiking, mountain biking, canoeing on the Dordogne or the Vézère, survival parks, balloon rides, .... In the center of the village of Saint Geniès (3 km) you will find the most essential amenities: bakery, butcher, small supermarket, post office, restaurants, doctor, garage. In Sarlat and Montignac are the big supermarkets and other stores, gas station, pharmacy etc.
