The sofa bed in the library can be converted into a double bed with mattress if 5 or 6 people are traveling.

The Steinbach See Lodges are a paradise for nature lovers with lake views and national park views. In the village of Langweiler, which the locals like to call the "Pearl of the Hochwald", there are 2 restaurants and plenty of nature, peace and relaxation. The Hunsrück-Hochwald National Park is only a few kilometers away, the three national park gates "Wildenburg", "Erbeskopf" and "Keltenpark" are very worth seeing. Only a few meters away from the lodges, the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig - one of the best long-distance hiking trails in Germany - and the dream loop hiking trails "Köhlerpfad am Steinbach" and "Zwischen den Wäldern."Langweiler is also located on the German Gemstone Route and in nearby Idar-Oberstein, the center of the German gemstone industry, there is the opportunity to visit Germany's only gemstone mine "Steinkaulenberg". The wine landscapes of Wein, Mosel, Nahe and Rhine can be reached within 30-60 minutes. Tier, the oldest city in Germany, is 50 minutes away.
