Our house, which we use a lot ourselves, consists of 2 floors and is fully equipped with all the necessary materials and appliances. You have 3 large bedrooms, the one downstairs connects to a terrace, 2 nice bathrooms, 1 with washing machine, a kitchen (upstairs) with fridge/freezer, gas stove with electric oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and all possible cooking utensils and household items. Frietketel is not present and may not be used. There is a spacious terrace with pizza oven and Bbq. Downstairs is a summer kitchen with fridge / freezer and running water and many household goods to eat outside. Around the house are new terraces where you can sit in almost any weather. Outside are several tables and chairs available. At the pool there are 7 sun loungers and matching cushions. Both from the house and the garden you have beautiful views. The house is located on a slope at an altitude of 590 meters and is secluded along a small forest road,
Nature and surroundings
The house is in the midst of an oak forest where the wild animals come for a walk at night. The silence is literally deafening. You have complete privacy and no intrusion from distant neighbors. From all sides you have a beautiful panoramic view. The pool is 4 m x 10 m and is located in a place with magical views. At the bottom of the hill there is an osteria where you can eat well. The nearest village is Mercatale di Cortona where you can find a Conad, 2 butchers, a bakery, pharmacy, pizzeria etc., this village is on Tuscan territory. So you can visit sights of Umbria as well as Toscana. Lake Trasimeno is at 17 km. We have a book available with both practical and fun tips.

Everything has been thought of. We would not know what is missing or what could improve a stay in the house so a big 10!

We had a wonderful time there! It is a nice and comfortable house that is well equipped. All windows have mosquito nets so inside you are not bothered by mosquitoes. Around the house there are several seating areas which we all used. The contact with the owner was excellent. It really is a treat to stay in this house. Highly recommended for those who love peace and beautiful views. We only visited the Osteria at the bottom of the mountain on the last evening, but if we had done so earlier we would certainly have gone there more often.

De Osteria onderaan de berg hebben wij pas op de laatste avond bezocht, maar hadden we dat eerder gedaan waren we daar zeker vaker naartoe gegaan.
