Unique panorama in absolute peace and nature. Cosy eat-in kitchen with wood stove and 2 electric hotplates, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mini oven with grill; living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, desk; bedroom with double bed, writing desk and direct access to the terrace; bathroom: washbasin/shower/WC, washing machine; sauna; electric radiator, wood stove, solar system, internet, 2 terraces (south + west). Bed linen & towels included in the price; water from own spring.

Location: Above St. Stephan, approx. 1 km to the Lengebrand middle station, ideal starting point for hikes & winter sports. Private parking lot, from there 300 m hiking trail down to the chalet. Cellar, gas barbecue, fireplace, deckchairs, garden furniture.
