We rent 2 gites, both for 2 people, and where your dog is more than welcome! Cottage Fem 41m2, a spacious bright cottage, living room / kitchen / sofa bed, adjoining 1 bedroom, with a good double bed (160 x 200), made on arrival, separate toilet (toilet paper provided) and a renovated bathroom with shower and washbasin. Per person there is a small and 1 large towel and 1 washcloth. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 4 burner stove, oven, coffee maker and of course the kitchen inventory is ample. Attached to the cottage is a veranda of 6 m2, so you can sit outside even when it rains. A cozy terrace fenced with sheep fence, equipped with a seat, 2 sun loungers and a bbq. We have a lovely (salt water) pool of 5 x 10 mtr. Here are sun loungers, cushions and parasols for you. Please bring your own towels. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. The cottage is non-smoking there is wifi available. 1 or 2 xp.week Table d'Hote €27.50
Nature and surroundings
The gites are centrally located in the heart of the Dordogne between Sarlat, Bergerac and Perigueux. Just outside Paunat, on the edge of the forest, so you can walk from the cottage! 10 minutes drive away is the picturesque village of Limeuil. Here the rivers Dordogne and Vézere meet. There are also restaurants and a cozy terrace on the water. Also beaches (dog-friendly). The area offers plenty of opportunities for trips, markets, vide-greniers, castles, caves, canoe trips and in the summer there is always a nice Marché Gourmand somewhere. We are centrally located to the cities of Bergerac, Sarlat and Perigueux. Sarlat is a beautiful old city but also Perigueux and Bergerac are worth a visit. Le Bugue is 15 to 20 minutes away, here you will find all amenities. The nearest boulangerie is in St. Alvere, 6 minutes away. Also during Christmas is cozy. Christmas markets, the Truffle Market, chateaus in Christmas atmosphere and for the dogs fireworks free!
