This delightful waterfront home is equipped with every convenience. You have the convenience of private parking for two cars right at the front door and a prime location on the Frisian waters with its own jetty and boathouse - ideal for water sports enthusiasts.Inside, you'll find a spacious living room and dining kitchen, perfect for enjoying the beautiful views over the water. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, espresso machine and washing machine. There are three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets, making the house ideal for families or smaller groups. The garden has three terraces, so you can always find a spot in the sun or out of the wind. There is also the possibility to rent a boat (Waterspoor 707, 8-10 persons) for 600 euros per week, so you can fully enjoy the water. Life jackets are available.
