Discover this tastefully renovated farmhouse on a 4,000 m² lot in Saint-Loup, Creuse. Peace and quiet, with a cozy wood-burning stove and authentic decor. 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher and washing machine Separate toilet downstairs (approx. 250 m² of living space) There is a second living room with a large oval table and oak flooring… All necessary comforts are provided: Heat pumps and air conditioning in the bedrooms, and high-speed internet. No TV A large garden with old oak trees and fruit trees helps you unwind; there you’ll find a swing, a hammock, a “chill egg,” a wadi and a well, an outdoor table with a large umbrella, a BBQ, 4 lounge chairs as well as a baker’s cottage in need of renovation that adds a touch of charm. A natural swimming pond (6 by 8 meters, 1.5 meters deep) has just been constructed and is in the start-up phase (summer 2026). An 8 kWh charging station with a CCS2 standard charging plug is available.

Birds—what kind aren’t there? From birds of prey to nightingales and owls… In addition to all kinds of cows, sheep, and horses, would you like to spot a roe deer or a fox—or perhaps come across a wild boar? They’re out and about! For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €250.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
