Experiencing nature from your nature house? You can! In the middle of nature reserve 'De Kiekenberg' in Oudehorne (Southeast Friesland) you will see deer and fallow deer passing by every day and you can choose from several walking routes in this beautiful part of Friesland. Moreover, just a stone's throw away you will find beautiful natural areas such as stream valley 'Delleboersterheide' or 'Parklandschap Oranjewoud' where you can admire beautiful ancient mansions and parks. The house has been completely renovated and redecorated in recent years and is therefore fully equipped. There is a spacious bedroom downstairs and two smaller bedrooms upstairs. In the hall there is a second toilet. There is a bathroom on the ground floor with toilet, bathtub and shower.
Nature and surroundings
From an easy chair in the room you have a view of a forest containing a moor. On both sides is also an unobstructed view of the countryside. The conservatory offers the opportunity to quietly enjoy the many bird species that adorn this area. The utility room has a washing machine and the kitchen is equipped with a Quooker, induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The room and bathroom have underfloor heating. The house has solar panels and is equipped with energy label A. This nature house is located on a spacious lot, with lots of privacy, which consists of two lawns and richly filled borders with trees, shrubs and flowers. There is also a canopy (gazebo) with garden furniture which provides an opportunity for outdoor lunch or dinner. At the front and side of the house is opportunity for parking at least 2 cars. In the village of Nieuwehorne (5 minutes) there is a small shopping center, including a supermarket and lunchroom.
