This rehabilitated farmhouse (400m2) and its private saltwater swimming pool (10x5m) are located between Bordeaux, Toulouse and Bergerac, on a hillside on the Lot, far from the hustle and bustle of urban life. In the 4*-rated gîte (12 people), spaces for conviviality or intimacy are harmoniously distributed to respect everyone's mood. In terms of comfort, the property offers spacious accommodation: a cathedral living room with a majestic roof structure, a convivial kitchen with central island, a shaded awning with plancha and barbecue, summer lounges to enjoy every moment and an unobstructed view over the park. Top-of-the-range bedding in the 6 bedrooms ensures a restful night's sleep. A photovoltaic carport allows you to park your vehicles in the shade while respecting the environment.

Explore the passage through the hedge that joins the Chemin du Lapin, and walk 1.5km through plum orchards to the astonishing Grotte de Lastournelle. Close to Villeneuve-sur-Lot (10 min) and Agen (30 min), the gîte is surrounded by medieval bastides (Pujols, Monflanquin, Penne-d'Agenais, Villeréal and its brocante), farmers' markets, vineyards and local specialties, castles (Bonaguil, Biron, Nérac). For gardeners: the Latour-Marliac water lilies in Le Temple/Lot and the Galinou bonsai nursery in Sainte-Livrade. For children: the "Happy Forest" park. Catfish fishing in the Lot. Mountain bike trails. But the wiser ones will stay at the "Roc du Lapin" to watch live the fascinating life of owls and falcons as they nest, thanks to the camera-equipped nesting boxes: a unique immersion in the surrounding biodiversity, Thierry's passion.
