Brand new villa, opening summer 2020, located in the municipality of Les Salelles a few kilometers from Les Vans. The view here is beautiful, the mountain Le Serre de Barre is right in front of you, the setting is beautiful green, between trees and mountain river. Here you can relax in the garden or by the pool, pure enjoyment! The villa is nicely decorated, with 4 rooms, so you can enjoy a pleasant vacation with your family and friends. Under the covered terrace you can eat in the shade or relax in the sunny garden. In case of heat, there is air conditioning in the living room. Hikers and cyclists will certainly enjoy the Ardèche, among other things because of the impressive Gorges de l'Ardèche and Gorges du Chassezac. The river Ardèche and Chassezac carve miles of gorges with limestone cliffs. A trip through this area guarantees numerous spectacular views.

Between Cévennes and Provence, South Ardeche offers beautiful landscapes and numerous sporting and cultural opportunities to spend an unforgettable vacation! This region is characterized by the alternation of fairly rugged nature and high mountains but also by the many fruit trees, olive groves, chestnuts, goat's cheese and the many types of honey. Near the villas flows the river The Chassezac. The water is clear, cooling. An oasis of peace can be found here. You can take a beautiful walk along the river, you can swim in it, canoe, fish or just watch. A beautiful piece of paradise, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Gorges du Chassezac, with their rock formations and coves are very well known and loved. These eroded rivers are best explored by canoe or kayak, adventure guaranteed! Sporty or contemplative, the Gorges du Chassezac await you for a wonderful moment!
