Spend the night on the Sneekermeer lake on an elegant & stable Homeship! This unique Homeship has the comfort of an apartment & the luxury of a hotel. You can sleep 4 people comfortably in two spacious bedrooms. Experience the exceptional space aboard this newest Houseboat which features a roof terrace or enjoy the grass terrace. Chill out in the lounge on deck or enjoy a drink ashore on your own grass terrace. Inside the living room the windows provide the optimal water experience. Enjoy a fantastic (unobstructed) view. The galley (with Nespresso coffee machine) is compact but fully equipped. This boat has electricity 220V like at home and is heated by a hot air heater. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on board. The special thing is that this is not a "rental boat" that you get to sail yourself. You do not need a boating license or experience, because if you book a cruise with it you will be sailed around!
Nature and surroundings
Let the magic of The Elfstedentocht come to life, come to Friesland! The ship is docked 20 minutes away at Beachclub Sneek, right on the Sneekermeer. Because the vacation feeling starts right in the heart of Friesland. Of course on the water but also cycling and walking it is a paradise. Beachclub Sneek is definitely worth a visit. On the beautiful terrace or on the beach you can enjoy a drink, lunch or dinner. In the harbor you can rent sailboats, sloops and sup. In the opposite RCN vacation park De Potten is also a boat & bike rental. Next to the harbor is the Strand Sneek with a water ski track and Aquapark outdoor play paradise for young and old on the water. In the area, near Joure you will find next to 'the Mid', a cozy shopping street with restaurants, also Wellness & Beauty De Woudfennen, the sauna of the North. Near Heerenveen you will find Thialf, the skating stadium of the Netherlands. If you want to swim, visit the Subtropical Swimming Pool Swimfun.
