Charming traditional stone house with large private garden, surrounded by Buzet vineyards, fields and forest, near the bastides towns of Damazan and Vianne. Discover "Les Glycines", a gîte restored with bio-sourced products to preserve its authenticity. It offers 100m2 of space on two levels for vacations between generations or with friends. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room with a fireplace housing a pellet stove. Three spacious bedrooms are available: on the ground floor, a bedroom (bed 140x190 and 2 beds 90x200) with private shower room and separate toilet, and upstairs, a mezzanine (2 beds 90x200) and a bedroom (bed 140X190) with shared shower room and toilet. Take advantage of the large private garden with its summer kitchen equipped with a plancha and barbecue, as well as the pétanque court. Private parking and a bicycle garage are also available.
Nature and surroundings
The surrounding area abounds in hiking and cycling trails, including the canal's voie verte, inviting visitors to explore the surrounding countryside. Just 3 km away, you'll find shops, restaurants, the Damazan lake and its water sports activities, the Buzet wine cellar and a bicycle rental service for the whole family. Farmers' markets, farm visits, accrobranches, golf courses, baths and the Casteljaloux lake are all nearby. The freeway (Bordeaux/Toulouse) is only 3 km away (exit no. 6).
