Stone farmhouse in the peaceful countryside of the Tuscan Maremma overlooking the Argentario promontory, nestled among olive trees, oaks, holm oaks and silence. 8 km from the town( Scansano), the place is ideal for organizing stages, courses, workshops of any kind or for a simple group vacation. There are, in addition to the rooms, a large hall (100 m square) for activities, a stone theater and large outdoor spaces. To reach the farmhouse you have to drive along a dirt road.
Nature and surroundings
Around the Podere you can take walks through fields and scrubland encountering streams, centuries-old oaks and a lovely archaeological site( remains of an Etruscan villa dating back to 100 B.C.). A 20/40 minute drive will take you to a variety of sites of historical and natural interest such as Terme di Saturnia, The hollow ways in the tuff of Pitigliano, Mount Labbro and Mount Amiata, Uccellina Natural Park and many others.
