Nature house in Putten

The all-wood house was built in 1917, excellently maintained and renovated. Originally it was a customs house near Chaam(1917). It was moved to Putten around 1922 and served as an institute for the deaf for children. In 1930 it became a family vacation home. The estate covers 7.5 acres of private land. There is central heating, a washing machine, two dishwashers, a Microwave, two large Boretti ovens. There is fiber optic internet, television. In the West part of the house are three bedrooms with a total of eight beds. In East are also three bedrooms with six beds. Both sides each have their own sitting room, bathroom, kitchen and toilet. Through an inner door you go from West to East. With few people you can limit your living space in the cozy West section. With a large group you divide between West and East. Our family finds it a paradise! For the midweek we give a big discount! From May 2025 our house will also be offered through Nature House.

There is a large private property, almost 8 acres, with terrace, large lawn, a beautiful coppice and lots of woods. The house is hundreds of feet away from the two neighboring houses. There is complete privacy and tranquility. The house is within walking distance of the outer edge of the built-up area of the municipality of Putten. The private property merges into the Putterbos, Nieuw Groevenbeek, Oud Groevenbeek and further into the Ermelose Heide, even further the Hulshorster Zand, estate Staverden and National Park the Hoge Veluwe. Beautiful walking and cycling area. Near Harderwijk, Ermelo and Nijkerk.The house and grounds are very suitable for groups of friends or family.There are, among other things, two swings and a ping pong table for the terrace. There are also a pre-war shuffleboard, badminton rackets. Ball games on the lawn are popular.
