Our nature house is a beautiful Dome decorated in Asian Style. In the middle of a food forest and surrounded by Bamboo, privacy is guaranteed in this Dome. You have your own shower and toilet inside the Dome and a lovely hot tub outside where you can walk to warmly with the bathrobes we provided. This Dome is fully insulated and equipped with a beautiful cozy wood stove. Your breakfast will be delivered by us in the morning in a picnic basket. This Dome is also available in the winter months. Wood and bath salts are available from us for a fee of €17.50. We only use our own wood in our stove and hot tub. We, the owners have years of experience in several renowned hotels and cruise ships and know what the guest needs! With us we offer casual luxury and nature!
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is in a food forest where you can just pick the berries and apples and pears. You can find all the information about our food forest here. The garden has a beautiful natural pond with koi carp and this also attracts many birds. Herons, terns, cormorants but also the kingfisher has already been spotted here. Furthermore, you will experience nature up close and in the morning you will see the hares and deer in the meadow. In the vicinity you will find several restaurants and days out! E.g. sailing in the Alde Feanen, shopping in Dokkum, Groningen or Leeuwarden. Wadlopen and a visit to 1 of the islands. You can also discover the Frisian forests with a rented electric bicycle or e-chopper. In short, plenty to experience. In the Dome there is a magazine for you with information and a to do list!
