Nature house in Feilbingert

Quiet location, ideal for the dog, nice walks and lots of space in and around the house.

Rustige locatie, ideaal voor de hond, lekker wandelen en veel ruimte in en om het huis.

We came to avoid the fireworks for our dog (and ourselves!) and we succeeded 100%! Wonderful rest and a large fully equipped warm house. It is located in a small valley, you can walk very close and the dog can also run loose there. The house is fully equipped and especially a lot of space! The owner Andi is very friendly, helpful and always quickly accessible! We had a problem with the car in the snow and Andi quickly fixed it for us. Worth repeating!

We kwamen om het vuurwerk te ontlopen voor onze hond (en onszelf!) en dat is 100% geslaagd! Heerlijke rust en een groot compleet uitgerust warm huis. Het ligt in een klein dalletje, je kunt heerlijk wandelen heel dichtbij en de hond kan daar ook los lopen. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en vooral erg veel ruimte! De eigenaar Andi is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd snel bereikbaar! We hadden een probleem met de auto in de sneeuw en Andi heeft het voor ons snel weer opgelost. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Very secluded house, but still easy to reach by car. No direct neighbors, very quiet.

Sehr abgelegenes Haus, aber dennoch gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Da keine direkten Nachbarn, sehr ruhig.

The cottage was dirty and filthy . Under the guise of old junk is nice we went full of enthusiasm but it became a disillusionment. The cottage is dirty in every corner and on everything hangs months of cobwebs and cm of dust, dirty underpants in the closet, food leftovers in cabinets and drawers on plates pans and appliances. Food that was there with mold, trash from previous guests in bathroom. Garbage cans next to dining table at 0.5 cm no curtains for bedroom window Around the cottage is chaos with building materials and garbage. Electrical wiring is exposed in several places is provisionally connected with duct tape and is unsafe . There are 4 or 5 cameras outside, which first was not mentioned all around the house with 1 in a birdhouse on a tree that is facing inside, no privacy and conversations can be easily eavesdropped by the spot cameras. We left early towards home. The owner is nice and helpful though

Het huisje was vies en smerig . Onder het mom oude meuk is leuk gingen we vol enthousiasme heen maar het werd een desillusie. Het huisje is vies in elk hoekje en aan alles hangen maandenlange spinnenwebben en cm stof, vieze onderbroeken in de kast, etensresten in kasten en lades op borden pannen en apparaten. Etenswaren die er stonden met schimmel, afval van vorige gasten in badkamer. Vuilnisbakken naast de eettafel op 0.5 cm geen gordijnen voor slaapkamerraam Om het huisje is het chaos met bouwmaterialen en rotzooi. Elektrische bedradingen liggen op verschillende plekken bloot is provisorische verbonden met ductape en is onveilig . Er hangen 4 of 5 camera,s buiten wat eerst niet vermeld stond helemaal rondom huisje met 1 in een vogelhuisje aan boom die naar binnen gericht staat weg privacy en gesprekken kunnen makkelijk afgeluisterd worden door de plek camera's Enzo kunnen we nog wel even door. We zijn eerder vertrokken richting huis. De eigenaar is wel aardig en behulpzaam

The surroundings are beautiful in the nearby area. It is very peaceful and quiet and there are several hiking trails within walking distance or minutes away by car. There was very little traffic. The cottage itself is between 2 houses in close distance but you are not bothered by that. The outside mess at the cottage is chaos poorly maintained and like a construction site. There is no maintenance and therefore it is poorly accessible. For people with disabilities or less mobile, this cottage is not an option given you only via a staircase outside (but also inside) the living floor is accessible and to get to the public road you must make a long climb.

De omgeving is prachtig in de nabijgelegen omgeving. Het is heel rustig en stil en er zijn verschillende wandelroutes op loopafstand of op enkele minuten afstand met auto. Er was weinig verkeer. Het huisje zelf staat tussen 2 huizen op nabije afstand maar daar heb je geen last van. De buitenboel bij het huisje is een chaos slecht onderhouden en net een bouwput. Er word geen onderhoud uitgevoerd en daardoor is het slecht toegankelijk. Voor mensen met een beperking of wat minder mobiel is dit huisje geen optie gezien je alleen via een trap buiten (maar ook binnen) de woonetage bereikbaar is en om op de openbare weg te komen moet je een hele klim maken.
