A unique place with a million dollar view! Not a luxury villa, but a place where you can connect with nature, come to yourself in peace and space. In the living room there is a large wood stove that heats the house. You can sit around it in the evening with a good glass of wine. If you do not want to stare at the flames, but still want to Netflix, no problem, the living room is equipped with a small smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. And do you want to cook with a view? Then the real outdoor Burgundian can indulge in the outdoor kitchen equipped with a stone oven, a small BBQ and dining table with six chairs. At the front of the house you can lounge on the sun-drenched terrace until the sun disappears behind the hills. The furnishings consist of lovingly chosen pieces collected over the years with a story to tell. Both bedrooms have beautiful views and are decorated in French style with a little Boho touch.
Nature and surroundings
The house is surrounded by the nature of the "Parc Regional" and is within walking distance of the river Vienne. In summer you can cool your feet in the cold mountain water. This area is known for its rich flora and fauna. Birds of prey, deer, foxes and many other species as well as flowers, plants and herbs. For the real water rats, a visit to lac de vassiviere is a must. It is a beautiful lake where you can swim, canoe and where in the summer they put an assault course in the water where children can fully enjoy themselves. It is an area where you can spend hours hiking, horseback riding and mountain biking. The waterfalls of Coreze are a beautiful feat of nature, but also the nice Brocante stores and an authentic dinner at Auberge de Sauvage (1.5 km away) should not be missed. In the house there is information about the region and the owner is happy to share her own top 10 nicest spots in the region.
