This nature house is an oasis of peace, a villa centrally located in Umbria, and near the border with Tuscany. You will find Perugia, Assisi, Cortona (Tuscany) and many other towns and villages within a short distance. The house has three bedrooms, with both a double bed and bunk beds in the largest room. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor. There is a BBQ outdoor kitchen and several covered and uncovered terraces. The forest is not fenced and has uneven heights, be vigilant with children. They can have fun in the new private pool (1.40m) and with the soccer goal, or a game of kubben. Supermarket and pharmacy 5 minutes away.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located halfway up Monte Tezio, a natural park and part of the Colli Perugini north of the Umbrian capital Perugia. The property is surrounded by a twentieth century olive trees and an oak forest. It is located in cul-de-sac in a quiet area. Relax and enjoy the beautiful, very green nature of Umbria. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy golf (Antognolla Golf at 15 minutes), horseback riding, mountain biking, cycling or one of the many walks in the region. If you are willing to drive a little further, you can also go rafting 1.5 hours from the house. Lago Trasimeno with many water sports possibilities is nearby, and for those who love gastronomy, there are many options for different budgets.
