The location is very quiet, in the middle of nature on a beautiful estate of almost 13 hectares where you can enjoy a great view on the dike of the old IJssel river with Deventer in the distance. With a little luck you might come across deer, hares or a fox. Do you want to enjoy the peace and space and yet at 15 min cycling distance from the heart of Deventer, you are welcome on this estate.
