Welcome to our cozy vacation home! Our accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment has a small but fully equipped kitchen, a combined dining room and bedroom and a separate bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub - ideal for relaxing hours. From the spacious balcony you have a beautiful view over the green meadows to the vineyards and the Steigerwald. Our small lake is only about 200 m away, where you can fish by prior arrangement and with a valid fishing license.

For nature lovers and adventure seekers there are numerous possibilities: a refreshing dip in the nearby stream, walks through the flowering meadow, hiking and cycling tours directly from the house. Nice that there was a bath. Lots of interesting books in the closets. Beautiful view from the terrace. Everything in perfect order! Area with picturesque villages absolutely worth visiting.
