Our 54 m², modern and comfortably furnished vacation apartment is very popular with our regular guests. "Peace and a great view are our strengths!" Our vacation apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of Bernkastel-Kues in a beautiful, quiet, elevated location in the Bernkastel-Kues vacation region, the gateway to the Middle Moselle / Hunsrück, The pretty Hunsrück village of Monzelfeld is situated on a plateau about 300 meters above the doctoral town of Bernkastel-Kues on the famous and charming Middle Moselle. It can be reached via a hiking trail through the forest in approx. 40 minutes / 3 km, by car in approx. 8 minutes / 6 km. Trier, the oldest city in Germany, is approx. 45 km away. The beds are outdated, ie, pit in both mattresses. If the cottage is rated for location and space....prima. In terms of waste separation the following: Waste separation in the cottage is obvious, but the disposal to the large bins outside is outrageous. The BIO bin was overflowing with PLASTIC bags filled with biowaste in it. We had to put the (house) bin next to it. The blue bin for paper was overflowing incl. plastic waste! The bin for residual waste was not there, also the bin for plastic waste was missing. We had to leave restaval + plastic on top of the bins. Glass container was not present.
De bedden zijn verouderd, dwz, kuil in beide matrassen. Als het huisje is beoordeeld op ligging en ruimte....prima. Qua afvalscheiding het volgende: Afvalscheiding in het huisje is duidelijk, maar de afvoer naar de grote bakken buiten is schandalig. De BIO bak was overvol met daarin met bioafval gevulde PLASTIC zakken. Wij hebben de (huis)bak er naast moeten plaatsen. De blauwe bak voor papier was overvol incl. plastic afval! De afvalbak voor restafval was niet aanwezig, ook de bak voor plastic afval ontbrak. We hebben restaval + plastic boven op de bakken moeten achterlaten. Glasbak was niet aanwezig.

Het huis ligt mooi qua uitzicht en met voldoende buitenruimte zoals terrras enz. De inrichting van kamer en keuken was uitstekend.
