This charming 17th century farmhouse is an ideal place for nature lovers and fully equipped.The spacious living room has a 3-seater sofa and a 2-seater sofa, a round table and patio doors.At the rear of the house are the spacious kitchen with a large family table.The fully renovated kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher and double door refrigerator.Next to it is the utility room with washer, dryer and a toilet. From the kitchen you overlook the spacious terrace with beautiful views over the grounds and pond. For children there is a playhouse and swings, there are hammocks and a standing pool of 3 by 5 meters. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms; one bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed and closet, and on the other side the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, behind that a spacious bedroom with 1 double bed, closet, chest of drawers and a freestanding bath.
Nature and surroundings
This beautiful natural estate has everything you need to unwind; surrounded by an oasis of greenery on a large piece of private land, you will be able to enjoy beautiful views, bird concerts, colored evening skies, campfire evenings and immeasurable starry skies.... There is also a pond full of carp where in summer the frog concerts bring nature further to life. For children there is a playhouse, swings, hammocks and a standing pool of 2 by 3 meters in high season.The site is within walking distance of the authentic village of Aubenton, where there is a bakery, supermarket, museum and cozy restaurant. It is located between the fields and 1 km from a railroad, occasionally a train or tractor passes The area also has a lot to offer: authentic villages, an outdoor museum, canoeing and pedal boats on beautiful forest lakes, the beautiful Ardennes on the doorstep and the towns of Charleville and Laon.
