Very cozy spacious barn house of 85m2 with fireplace, situated in a yard of 5000m2, with the cottage a sunny enclosed garden of 120m2, with awning and parasol, located directly on a horse paddock overlooking the horses and the largest oldest forest in the Netherlands, the Speulderbos with its famous "dancing trees". Breakfast in the morning sun, both inside and outside. Many species of birds to see and during the walk in the Speulderbos, you can spot all kinds of wildlife. Beautiful hiking and biking trails adjacent to our site. Beautiful sunset on the Houtdorp field heather, which in August is in bloom, you imagine yourself on the steppes of Africa. The beautiful nature of the Veluwe is very suitable for people who want to relax and who like nature during the day to go hiking or biking to spot wildlife and evening with a book, glass of wine satisfied by the fireplace can sit or in the summer cozy with bbq on the terrace enjoying the birds.
Nature and surroundings
The picturesque village of Garderen with its wide range of restaurants, a bakery, butcher and supermarket is just a few minutes walk / bike away. As well as the famous sand sculptures in Garderen, the mill and climbing forest is within walking / cycling distance. The Ermelo Heath, Houtdorper Field, is located at the rear of the house, almost adjacent to the site. In this area are beautiful trips to include: Kootwijkerzand National Park Veluwe high with the Kruller-Muller museum. Ermelo with its beautiful sheepfold, information center with terrace. Harderwijk with dolphinarium, harbor and the old town, promenade with beach. Apeldoorn, Palace of the Loo, Juliana Tower, monkey theme park and cozy shopping For cooling off, there is the Veluwe lake, recreational lake Zeumeren Voorthuizen, recreational lake at Nunspeet and the forest pool in Putten with canoe pond and sunbathing area.
