This 120 m² mountain house in natural stone and slate is located in our little hamlet at 780 m altitude on a sunny plateau in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Ariégeoises, facing the majestic Mont Valier 2838 m. All around Anilac, there are meadows where cows graze and woods. The house is composed of : A large living room with open-plan kitchenette, leather lounge, large oak farm table, television, direct access to a terrace equipped with garden furniture A shower room with large shower, washbasin and 1 toilet. An independent toilet and 3 bedrooms on the first floor: The house has 3 private outdoor areas: the north-facing terrace (very pleasant in summer), the south-facing terrace under the Glycine, the terrace at the top of the garden with a view of Mont Valier, private parking, WI-Fi, high chair and cot.
Nature and surroundings
Our little hamlet of 3 houses and 3 barns is situated 5 km from the village in a very quiet location. Our houses have been lovingly restored over the last forty years, and a lot of hard work has also gone into the large flower garden, as we love gardens and have chosen plants suited to the mountains, an explosion of flowers in summer and a colorful autumn thanks to the many maples. Our commitment to the environment means that the local flora and fauna find refuge at Anilac.We have many birds nesting here, lizards basking in the sun, salamanders showing up after the rain, squirrels jumping from tree to tree, sometimes we can even see a golden eagle or two flying over Anilac, deer tend to show up in autumn, orchids proliferate in spring.... It's a haven of peace, a paradise for hikers in search of fresh air and holidaymakers eager to disconnect.
