The vacation home is very spacious and bright, with large picture windows overlooking nature and ponds. It includes 5 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave and toaster. Guests can enjoy lake views from the furnished balcony, and the villa has a variety of wellness options, including a sauna, hot tub and yoga classes. If you're traveling with children, the villa has outdoor play equipment. During your stay, you can play darts on site or go for a walk in the surrounding area. On sunny days and evenings, you can take advantage of the two large terraces, one of which is partly covered, an outdoor seating area for sipping an aperitif and a large barbecue to make the most of evenings out with family or friends. Wi-Fi connection and private parking are provided free of charge.
Nature and surroundings
The 7-hectare estate includes 2 ponds, each over 1 ha in size, two rowing boats, an orchard with a variety of fruit trees, green spaces, a small wood with groomed paths, a watchtower, footpaths, a children's playground... Fishing is possible in the ponds. The gîte is equipped with an outdoor sauna, Nordic bath, billiards table, table soccer, darts, books and board games. We are delighted to welcome travelers who want to unwind in the peace and quiet of the countryside. The Domaine is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Domaine is located in a natural setting in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes. It is ideally located: less than 10 km from Bastogne, close to Houffalize, La Roche-en-Ardenne, Saint-Hubert, Marche-en-Famenne, Rochefort (Han caves) and less than 30 minutes from the Grand Duchy.
