Discover the rural charm of our old 400-year-old national monument! Your cozy and cozy stay in the gardener's house will hopefully surprise you. This partly detached house with its own entrance offers peace and comfort. In a picturesque setting on the river IJssel, just a 15-minute drive from historic Deventer, our summer cottage welcomes you with open arms. The simple, yet comfortable furnishings create a relaxing ambiance, perfect for unwinding. The house has an area of approximately 120m2. The house contains a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The yard is shared with the host. There is a private sitting area outside in a beautiful garden with shade under the apple tree.
Nature and surroundings
You are very welcome to use the historic yard, with hedges, fruit trees, berry garden and wildflowers. There is a barn owl in the ridge of the barnyard, it is full of birds and we have occasional visits from the fox, polecat and hedgehogs. If you cross the dike you are directly in the floodplains of the IJsselvallei. You are so with fifteen minutes by bike in Deventer you can endlessly on the winding dike ride or bike. If you need ah forest you are with half an hour on the Veluwe.
