Nature and surroundings

The beautiful natural surroundings of the Achterhoek offer plenty of opportunities for hiking and biking, and the historic cities of Zutphen and Deventer are just a 10-minute drive away. Even closer is Gorssel, which has a good selection of shops, restaurants, and, of course, the MORE Museum of Modern Realistic Art. There are several play areas for children nearby, such as the Bij Jansen and Jansen indoor playground.

The second bedroom is a bit cramped.

A lovely, bright little cottage on the edge of the forest with a view of a beautiful bocage landscape. It was a wonderful place to stay!

The cottage has everything you need for a few relaxing days in a peaceful setting.

    Nature, peace & environment: 5 /5

The cottage is located in a wonderfully peaceful setting. There are lots of nice spots around the house (a table with chairs, a comfortable lounge sofa, a swing, and a tree stump to sit on). We saw many different animals walking or flying by.
