In the mood for nature? Just 1 hour from Paris, between river and forest, enjoy the peace and quiet of this rejuvenating area. Alongside swans, cormorants and kingfishers, share the life of the birds of the Loing and the Fontainebleau forest. Apatam-Montigny is a green setting on over 10,000m2 of land, where you can relax, telework or simply recharge your batteries. There are two bedrooms and a large living room opening onto the garden and river. The house has been completely renovated and boasts all modern comforts. (underfloor heating, fireplace, Bose hifi TV, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc.) The house is 5 minutes from Montigny station, with a direct train to Paris center (Gare de Lyon) in 55 minutes. There are trains every hour. You can easily spend the day in Paris by leaving your car free of charge in the station parking lot.
Nature and surroundings
In the heart of the Fontainebleau forest, one of Europe's most beautiful, you'll find a peaceful setting on the water's edge, in communion with nature and animals. You can go swimming (if the weather is fine), kayaking or cycling on the cycle route or take a walk in the forest. The villages of Montigny-sur-Loing and Bourron-Marlotte are just around the corner. The town of Fontainbleau and its château are less than 10km away. Dogs are allowed if they respect the peace and quiet of the countryside. The property is not fenced. It overlooks the forest.
