We love sharing our cozy vacation cottage in the mountains with other nature lovers. The house stands completely on its own and features a small yard, an herb garden, scenic views, sunny spots to sit, and plenty of opportunities for play. In the village, there’s a small supermarket (a 5-minute walk) and a beautiful swimming lake (a 15-minute walk). The amenities are basic; the house is heated with wood, and there’s no Wi-Fi—but there are great hiking trails right outside the door. We use it ourselves as a family and improve the structure, garden, and comfort every year. There is a toilet in the apartment. The bathroom is one floor below and accessible only from outside. When it’s cold in winter, you’ll need to heat the bathroom with an electric heater before taking a shower. In return, our guests are welcome to harvest fresh vegetables from our garden in the summer and fall :-)
