Attractive Chalet, year of construction 2025. The chalet consists of a cozy living area containing a fully equipped kitchen, sitting area and a bed. There is a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The chalet is built with quality insulation materials and has infrared floor heating. Hot water supply is by means of a butagas geyser. The chalet is located in a beautiful part of northern France on the border of the French Ardennes. It has a private entrance with a lockable gate and overlooks forests and fields. The area is very quiet and suitable for hiking and cycling.

There are several excursions to make in the area: In the area are many fortified churches, which are worth visiting At Guise you can visit the Familistère and the fortress. In spring and summer several villages in the area organize brocantes. It is possible from here to visit the Chemin des Dames: an impressive route on the First World War with various attractions including a cave system that served as a refuge. Distance to larger cities: 40 km from Charleville Mézières, capital of the French Ardennes located on the Meuse 50 km from Laon, an old city located on a hill overlooking the area 50 km from Reims, the city of champagne and a beautiful cathedral 200 km from Paris
