The cottage is cozy and compact but fully equipped. The bed is a bit narrow, and the bathroom is more than spacious enough; if you shower quickly, you’ll have hot water (unfortunately, the water gets cold quickly). The kitchen is just the right size, and the washing machine is incredibly handy—it’s a shame it doesn’t always work perfectly. The patio is great, though you do have to climb a few steps to get there. Which isn’t really a problem—unless you need to use the restroom. The village itself is incredibly peaceful and quiet. There are several places you can reach on foot, provided you’re a bit adventurous. Sandrine (the host) is more than happy to show you around.
