Our home in the mountains, your vacation home! It’s beautifully situated in one of the most stunning valleys of the Hautes-Alpes, on the edge of the Écrins National Park. Here you’ll find peace, space, and nature—the ideal place to completely unwind after an active day in the mountains. From the studio, you can explore the Haute Champsaur at your own pace. Walking, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata, spotting marmots, swimming in a mountain river or at the lake: in the summer, this is one big outdoor playground. In winter, you can ski in Orcières Merlette, go ski touring, snowshoeing, or simply enjoy the view and the winter sun. You’ll stay in a comfortable studio for 2 adults. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a multifunction oven and dishwasher, a cozy sitting area, a dining area for 4 people, and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. is situated in an exceptional location, on the edge of the Écrins National Park, in the beautiful Haute Champsaur region. The house is located in a quiet, dead-end valley. Beyond Maison Outhera, the road continues for another two kilometers to Prapic, a picturesque, car-free mountain village where time seems to stand still. From the front door, you step right into nature. In the summer, you can hike straight into the mountains, passing streams, forests, alpine meadows, and breathtaking views. Cyclists, mountain bikers, and nature lovers will also find endless opportunities here. In winter, snow fun is just around the corner. Within a 15-minute drive, you’ll find various starting points for ski touring or snowshoeing. Prefer alpine skiing? Then you’re just a short drive away from the Orcières Merlette ski area, with 100 km of slopes for all ages. And the best part? We enjoy an average of 300 days of sunshine a year here. Even in winter, you’ll often wake up to a clear blue sky.

• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refunded
• on the day of arrival or later: no refund
