In the middle of the Betuwe, in the quiet village of Herveld, in our orchard is a new barn with 2 beautiful attached vacation homes with floor heating. Cottage Blossom is for 4 people and has 2 bedrooms. One is on the ground floor, as is the bathroom. The second bedroom is on the second floor. Both bedrooms have a double bed. There are all single comforters. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator and combination oven. The view from the house and from the terrace is beautiful towards the orchard. There are all kinds of apple, pear, plum and cherry trees. All the fruit is organic and can be consumed during your stay. In the evening you have a chance to hear and see owls and birds of prey. You have a private entrance per accommodation and also French doors to enter the terrace with a cozy sitting area. Should you wish to sit further into the orchard, that is also possible. Wifi is available.
Nature and surroundings
Herveld is close to the towns of Arnhem, Wageningen, Tiel and Nijmegen. In between are many nice places that can be reached by bike or car. The Posbank or De Hoge Veluwe are about 35 minutes away (by car). You can also visit zoos, there is the Open Air Museum in Arnhem, there are several swimming pools nearby, there is a beach park with a large swimming lake and there are many more things to visit. Heerlijk om in de Betuwe te fietsen! Wij zijn de eigenaren een aantal keren tegengekomen en het contact was zeer prettig. Het enige kritisch puntje over een lamp in het woongedeelte is direct door jun opgelost. De eigenaren zijn enthousiaste mensen, die hun gasten echt een fijne vakantie willen bezorgen.
