This nature house has a panoramic view over the valley of the Lendou , Ideal for nature lovers , peace seekers and hikers . Terrace with swimming pool , sitting area under the pergola and bbq , also hiking nearby and in the very large garden with fruit trees offer complete privacy (no neighbors) . Living room /open kitchen with sofa, TV , internet and patio doors to the terraces in front of the house. Modern kitchen with electric hob, fridge, freezer, oven, and coffee machine. Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet . Bedroom with double bed. The cottage has a private driveway and parking, petanque court , ideal for peace seekers. The price includes towels, bed linen, kitchen towels. Breakfast possible and dinner by arrangement. Dogs are allowed but the garden is not fenced and we also have two shepherds! This nature house is also very suitable in winter , fully insulated with floor heating, ideal for house hunters in our neighborhood....
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located in the Lot in the QUERCY BLANC region, a beautiful area with many fruit orchards including kiwi, grapes, peaches, plums. Under the trees near the house and by the pool you can relax and enjoy, you may see a deer passing by. In the nearby villages of Lauzerte, Montcuq or Castelnau Montratier you will find a bakery, bank, pharmacy, cafe/restaurant, garage and petrol station. From the house and village there are several hiking trails. There are cycling routes and electric bike rentals in Montcuq. Places nearby are: Lauzerte (cité médiéviale), this village is the on the list of most beautiful villages of France, Montcuq with a cozy market on Sunday morning, the Lot valley for Canoeing is at 35mn and a nice Friday market in Prayssac. Cahors a town with a rich history, nice stores, narrow streets and good restaurants. Montauban and Agen at ×/- 45mn and Toulouse at 1h10mn.
