On a small service road along the provincial road from Nederweert to Heythuysen is our campsite and food forest. Surrounded by an exceptionally beautiful fens area of the Peel. You spend the night in a unique and attractively decorated Bell Tent among the fledgling food forest. You may make a fire at the tent! The tents are equipped with all basic amenities, such as a comfortable and made bed, cozy lighting, power, a nice indoor and outdoor seating area and some storage space. The tent is on an insulated platform for a cozy indoor feeling. Friday, September 20 and 28 we fry fries with homemade stew (also vega) And Saturday, September 28 we close the season with a last-night meal where we will cook together on fire!

Nature and surroundings

De Groote Peel is the smallest national park in the Netherlands, but no less special for that. The park is especially known for the visible history of peat extraction and the many different bird species that can be found here during the breeding season. In addition, National Park De Groote Peel is also known for the typical boardwalks and plank bridges over which you can walk. These bridges and paths guide pedestrians through the marshy area. From the boarding bridges, the viewing platform or from the watchtower you can enjoy the magnificent view of De Groote Peel. The ideal way to explore De Groote Peel National Park is on foot. You can do this on your own or with an excursion. Are you planning to discover this beautiful and bird-rich nature reserve by yourself? Then there are plenty of beautiful hiking trails to choose from.

Fantastic place. Beautiful tent with a lovely bed. Plumbing is excellent. Owners are very nice and helpful.

I had two very nice nights and days at Eindje Buiten. Wonderfully quiet and spacious. You are immediately warmly welcomed by the owner and they show you the beautiful tents. Sanitary facilities also five stars! You can make beautiful cycling and hiking nearby or eat an ice cream 200 meters away at the farm. The Friday evening they organized a supper for all the people who seemed to like this. So it was a nice evening with everyone else at long tables with enough food for everyone. I will definitely come back!
