Cute cabin for lovers of peace and simplicity. The wooden log cabin is located on a quiet forest park in the middle of the vast Groesbeekse forest. The cabin is equipped with shower, toilet, kitchen, a room with a small desk and open attic with 2 bed. CAUTION! The attic is only accessible via a wooden staircase that is not suitable for people with mobility limitations! Our cottage is ideal for writing a book or relax in the hammock or long walks across moors and woods. There are mountain bike paths, hiking trails and hills where you can see very far in good weather. There is no wifi, but there is a well-stocked bookcase. Boscafé de Zweef is within walking distance for a snack or drink. For train travelers: Mook-Molenhoek Station is a 30-minute walk away, a beautiful walk across the heathland. It is also easily accessible by bicycle. From Mook-Molenhoek station it is about 10 minutes by bike.
Nature and surroundings
Experience nature in the woods near Groesbeek. A stone's throw away you will find the colorfully restored Jachtslot Mookerheide. Around the cottage you will find vast forests, heathlands, hiking trails and bike paths, mountain bike trails, even a recreational glider airfield for the daredevils. On the border of North Limburg and the Rijk van Nijmegen with forests, hills and rivers there is something for everyone. The villages Groesbeek, Molenhoek and Malden are a few kilometers away with all amenities.
