Around Winterswijk nature sometimes seems to have stood still. Here the idyllic streams still meander their way through the small-scale collisen landscape with its woods, fields, avenues, hedgerows and scholastic estates. In the farm "Pasman" (1340 first mention as Bovekinck), formerly belonging to Castle the Waliën, we have realized a vacation home. Use of old elements and applications of recycled materials in a modern look but with the comfort of today. (self-contractor they ekoplaza) A spacious bedroom, a spacious bedstead and a upstairs room which is only accessible by a small staircase / ladder (see photo) not suitable for small children / or elderly. This makes the house for up to 6 people available The house can be heated and cooled by means of underfloor heating. The house is ground floor and therefore accessible for the disabled (even in a wheelchair)

Very spacious and comfortable, with a spacious living room and bathroom. There is also a spacious area for sitting and relaxing, and everything is decorated in a very homey and cozy style.
