Trullo with attached large house and private pool centrally located in Puglia Our restored Trullo is a beautiful vacation home centrally located in Puglia (Southern Italy). Just a few kilometers from Francavilla Fontana, San Michele Salentino and Ceglie Messapica. The private residence is set in a 2-hectare olive grove with full fencing around the house. Between the house and the outdoor kitchen is the 10x4 meter swimming pool. The entire house is furnished with great care and attention and fully equipped. This is the ideal location for 1 or more families to completely unwind. In this house, the outdoors is central. Under the spacious roof next to the pool is the outdoor kitchen with BBQ, stove, refrigerator, sink and spacious round seating area with large table. The Trullo is suitable for up to 10 persons.
Nature and surroundings
In the center of the house you will find the living kitchen equipped with all appliances and a bar table around the cooktop. You can also relax here in the spacious seating area. In the main house there are two large master bedrooms with both a bathroom en-suite. The passage from the house to the Trullo is furnished as a children's room with a bunk bed, toilet and sink. Arriving in the Trullo you go back in time! The Trullo has a spacious double bed and a sofa bed which can be used as a double bed. There is also a private entrance for the Trullo through the front. The bathroom in the Trullo is equipped with shower, toilet and double sink. Furthermore, the whole house is equipped with air conditioning (children's room not) In short, a wonderful vacation paradise to enjoy all the beauty that Puglia has to offer!
