Our cottage is nestled in the heart of nature, tucked away along a quiet through road between the villages of Ferrières and Barvaux. It is modern, stylish, and cozy, and equipped with all the modern conveniences. Upon arrival, your beds will be neatly and freshly made. Bath linens and kitchen towels are also provided. We really enjoyed our stay in Ferrières/the Ardennes. Every morning, it was a real treat to wake up in peace and quiet. The cottage itself is fully equipped (except for a large, sharp knife), and we found our interactions with the owner to be very pleasant.
The cottage itself could use a bit of a refresh on the inside (though it’s clear that some work has already been done on the outside). However, this didn’t detract from our time there in any way.
We would definitely come back here.We hebben erg van Ferrières/de Ardennen genoten. Iedere ochtend was het weer een feestje om in alle rust wakker te worden. Het huisje zelf is van alle gemakken voorzien (m.u.v. een groot scherp mes) en het contact met de eigenaar hebben we als prettig ervaren.
Het huisje zelf mag (van binnen) wel wat worden opgefrist (buiten is er zichtbaar reeds het e.e.a. aangepakt). Dit heeft echter geen negatief gevoel aan onze tijd daar opgeleverd.
