Unwind in this cozy wooden lodge in a relaxing place. Feel welcome in the middle of a wooded area, lovely in nature by our own lake. Near three provinces Groningen, Drenthe and Friesland. Experience nature while cycling or walking and discover quaint villages like Bakkeveen, Norg and the Bakkeveen dunes. The Nanninga's forest, the Bolmeer and Harense bos are just around the corner. National park Drents Friesewold = 23 km Drachten: 17 km Groningen and Assen: 29 km Leeuwarden: 43 km Amsterdam: 163 km The lodge with veranda has a sitting room, open kitchen, toilet, bedroom, shower corner and wood stove (40m2) and is located in our garden of 1 hectare and near our own lake. In addition to the lodge, we also rent out 2 studio lodges, allowing you to stay with a larger group. In the lodge there is a double bed 160x200 cm and a sofa bed with bed size 140x204 cm.
Nature and surroundings
In the outskirts of Zevenhuizen, in municipality west quarter, this lodge is located on a wooded lot with its own lake. Marvel at the many birds, including the kingfisher who is a regular guest at our lake. With a little luck there is a roe deer in the garden, see a squirrel or even a pine marten. Located near three province point Groningen, Drenthe and Friesland. Experience nature while cycling or walking and discover quaint villages like Bakkeveen, Norg and the Bakkeveen dunes. Junction routes start in front of the door. The Nanninga's forest, the Bolmeer and the Harense bos are just around the corner and can be reached on foot from your accommodation. Fancy some more water fun? In Marum (4.9km) is a nice outdoor pool, ronostrand is a beautiful place in nature to hang out in a large lake (4.3km) or if you want more action at a lake with an assault course, slide and cable car go to Openende (12km). Of course we are happy to give you all the tips to have a great time with us.
