Authentic Ardennes house 100 meters from the picturesque church of Vellereux. Newly renovated. Warm, cozy interior. The old building has been beautifully transformed into a spacious and fully equipped vacation home. The spacious living room with kitchen, in particular, is very nicely designed, along with the integrated covered area where it’s wonderful to relax in both the sun and the shade. Having two bathrooms is also a big plus. The road is busier than you might expect, but since the living room and porch face the green garden and meadow in the back, you won’t be bothered by it much. You’ll quickly get used to the creaking floors and the stairs to the attic—they have their own charm ;)
Het oude pand is heel tof omgetoverd tot een ruime en complete vakantiewoning. Vooral de ruime woonkamer met keuken is erg mooi vormgegeven samen met de geïntegreerde overkapping waar het zowel in zon en schaduw heerlijk goed toeven is. Ook de aanwezigheid van 2 badkamers is erg fijn. Wel is de weg drukker dan je zou verwachten, maar doordat de woonkamer en veranda georiënteerd zijn op de groen tuin en weide aan de achterkant heb je hier niet veel last van. De krakende vloeren en trap naar zolder wennen snel en hebben hun charme ;)
