Welcome to our lovely vacation home with all amenities. Located in the south of nature park Le Morvan it is nice to stay here in all seasons. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area and fireplace and a fantastic garden (5000m2) with heated pool. From the house there is direct access from both the kitchen and the living room to the spacious terrace. The terrace has a dining table with chairs and a large parasol. A lovely place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner on sunny days. Adjacent to the terrace is the (heated) pool (9.60 x 4.80), where you can relax on a lounger, whether or not in the shade under a parasol.
Nature and surroundings
The garden has a phenomenal view of the rolling hills of the Morvan. The garden is partially fenced with a fence and for a large part with dense bushes and trees. Privacy guaranteed. During hot days it is lovely to sit (or lie in the hammock) in the shade of one of the beautiful oak, ash or birch trees in the garden. The (southern) Morvan is a beautiful hilly area for tranquility and nature lovers. Our house is an ideal base for hiking, (racing) cycling and mountain biking, Furthermore, a good half hour away many types of water sports are possible on the Lac de Pannecière and Lac des Settons. Historical cities such as Autun, Dijon, Beaune and Vezelay are well worth a visit; discover the 821m high Mont-Beuvray with remains of the Celtic Bibracte, or the castle of Châtillon-en-Bazois. In Autun, see the amphitheater and the ancient city walls, and of course historic Vezelay is not to be missed.
