In our farmhouse barn, converted into a loft, you will enjoy! Be surprised by the uniquely designed spaces, the light, a private garden, a shared area and where indoors all the comforts of today can be found. The space is suitable for four people with the possibility of sleeping for possibly five or six people on request. Living-dining kitchen consists of a cozy sitting area combined with self-designed kitchen and round dining table. The kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, microwave / oven and enough kitchen utensils to cook themselves. This space has floor heating. The living-dining kitchen has patio doors giving access to a private terrace/garden. There is also quite a bit of shared grounds available. Both upstairs bedrooms have private walk-in shower and sink. A fifth and sixth person welcome on request. They sleep in the loft of the master bedroom. See photos.
Nature and surroundings
We are located 1.5 km from the picturesque village of Groede, an artists' village with a beautiful church and market with terraces where you imagine yourself in the south of France. However, if you walk from our yard in the other direction then you come after a few hundred meters in Waterdunen, a beautiful nature reserve where many birds breed and where ebb and flow determine the rhythm of the day. The beach is also nearby, 2 km as the crow flies, 3.5 km by bike or car. If you just want to do nothing, there is always the possibility to relax in our garden and grounds of about a quarter of an acre. Trampoline and table tennis are available. Enjoy a nice evening meal at sunset overlooking the dunes. At night a fire and stargazing! Because with us the night is still really dark :-)
