Enjoying a beautiful sunset from the Jacuzzi........ A renovated stone house with beautiful fully fenced garden, wide views in a quiet village with nice restaurant and (swimming) lake with children's playground within walking distance.The 70m2 house consists on the ground floor of a living room (35m2) with fully equipped kitchen, large double sofa bed, sliding door to the front terrace with automatic sunshade. Fixed stairs to the second floor with a large bedroom with one double bed and one queen. Furthermore a shower room with shower, sink, (flush) toilet and washing/drying combination. In the spacious garden you will find (an) extra sleeping place(s) in the caravan with a double bed, a shower room and small sitting area. Furthermore, a carport, a jacuzzi, gas BBQ, several terraces, and a petanque court. Heating by electric radiators and/or wood stove.
Nature and surroundings
Lac de Thil-sur-Arroux is a beautiful (swimming) lake located 500 meters from the house. The large lake offers ample space for various outdoor activities: Visitors can enjoy boating, kayaking and paddling on the lake, among other activities. Furthermore, the lake is an angler's paradise, with an abundance of fish species. There are hiking and biking trails around the lake that allow visitors to enjoy the surrounding scenery and nature. There are also designated picnic areas around the lake, perfect for a relaxing day out with family and friends, and about 200 meters away you will find a delicious restaurant rated 5.0 on Tripadvisor. Furthermore, there are several other attractions in the vicinity such as: - Buddhist Temple in La Boulaye (approx. 8km) - Bibracte on Mont Beuvray (21 km) - Amusement Park des Combes (35 km) For daily shopping you can go to Etang sur Arroux (Carrefour 11km) or Luzy (Lidl 13km), among others.
