Small log cabin (approx. 60 sqm) with terrace in the Bavarian forest on the outskirts of Grafenried, away from the road and surrounded by a large meadow with a wide view of the countryside. The house is very suitable for families with children, as the house is located in the second row of a quiet side street and therefore does not pose a traffic hazard. There are lots of children's toys, swings, etc. It is in a quiet location with a view of the countryside - a good way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
Nature and surroundings
The vacation home is located on the slope of a large meadow, with a view of a small stream and mountain. The surrounding area is ideal for walking and hiking. E-bikes can be rented in Drachselsried (approx. 1 km away), and in Bodenmais (approx. 9 km away) you can also ski in winter. Grafenried is located in the middle of the Zellertal vacation area with numerous leisure activities (natural swimming pool, summer toboggan run, glass art, ski/toboggan run, well-developed network of hiking trails, high ropes course, Bavarian Forest Nature Park, etc.).

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
