Our unique (new) detached homely vacation home is located in the lovely village of Kotschach, in the wide Gailtal valley in western Carinthia. Austria's sunniest province, at the foot of the Plöckenpass to Italy. The house is right on the family slope in Kötschach, where you can see the skiers coming down from the living room in winter. A warmly decorated house with a spacious dining room sitting area, a beautiful new kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Outside you sit comfortably under a covered terrace. The upstairs balcony offers stunning views of the mountains around Kötschach, Austria on the one hand, Italy on the other. Where the 2 alps Gailtaler and Kanische meet in Carinthia lies the cozy village of Kötschauch-Mauthen at 705m altitude. Nature, peace & environment:The cottage was furnished with love and was sufficient for us. Someone was always available if there was anything. For our ski vacation with children, great that there was a ski slope 50 m away. Good location.
Das Häuschen war mit liebe eingerichtet und hat für uns ausgereicht. Jederzeit war jemand erreichbar, wenn was war. Für unseren Skiurlaub mit Kindern, super das sich 50 m entfernt ein Skihang befunden hat.
