This is a cozy cottage with cozy furnishings. The cottage is beautifully situated on the north side of the Stakenberg, with direct access to the Leuvenumsebos. The location is adjacent to the Elspeterheide, with the result that this cottage is the ideal base for exploring the Veluwe. On the ground floor is: - A modern bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet - A storage room with washer and dryer - A spacious living room with L-shaped sofa, coffee table, chair and TV - A kitchen, adjacent to the living room, with dishwasher, refrigerator, cutlery, utensils, oven and Nespresso machine On the second floor are two rooms. Both rooms have double beds and sinks. On the same floor there is also a WC. The cottage has a spacious terrace with a cozy table for four. Also outside, next to the cottage, there is a picnic table and a swing set. Pets are allowed only after consultation and for a fee of EUR 60. This cottage is absolutely non-smoking.
Nature and surroundings
In the middle of the forest, in the heart of a protected nature reserve, lies an estate. As a guest of our nature house, you have access to the facilities of the hotel that is also located on the estate. Characteristic is the spacious layout of the park, with groves and various clearings, spacious lots with lots of privacy, many winding paths and beautiful vistas to forest and heath. Around are several bicycle and hiking trails towards Staverden, Vierhouten and Elspeet. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you have come to the right place. Squirrels, woodpeckers, deer and other wildlife are regularly encountered here.
