Welcome to Lodges on the Posbank. This Lodge is equipped with a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning. The size of the isolated Lodge is 3.00 x 6.60. Garden chairs, parasol with hammock to chill present. Barbecuing is allowed with own/disposable barbecues depending on weather conditions and please in the grass. Fire basket in the garden, stoking utensils please bring your own. Restaurants, visitors center Natuurmonumenten, VVV/bicycle rental (Veluwe active) are a stone's throw away or rent a NS/OV bike at the train station, about 15 minutes away from the park. Rent your bike in time at NS OV bike or www.veluweactief.nl Made up bed 140x200 Towels 1 small and 1 large per person Towel, tea towel, cleaning cloth Starter pack with 4x coffee, sugar &milk, 2x tea, 2x dishwasher cube, detergent, olive oil, pepper and salt, 1 toilet roll. Nature and surroundings
You can leave the little park on either side to hike. A small detour to the Wildlife Observatory Herikhuizen or the Sheepfold (see googlemaps) or a very long hike that fans out over the whole area. Recommended: Highlander Rheden (googlemaps). There are several restaurants in the area. Supermarket Albert Hein is open on Sundays from 10.00, during the week from 8.00. In the summer, besides forest and heath, it is also great to go to the sandy beaches of Lathum/Giesbeek/Rhederlaag, on the bike you are there very quickly with the ferry. At the end of the village after the center under the viaduct and then to the right (April-September and pay attention to the sailing times). By car you can get there in 15 minutes, paid parking in several places.
